Does Lucency provide installation services?

Yes. We do provide on-site installation and integration services for packages only.

Just click on the add-on in your packages to choose for on-site installation and integration services.

Do I need Neutral Wiring?

Yes and No.

Our Standard Wall Switches can work without Neutral Wiring, but may require installation of capacitors to ensure reliability.

If you are using Lucency Pro Wall Switches, the Neutral Wire is Required as they are purposefully made to work in coherence with Smart Lightings.

What is Lucency Pro?

Lucency Pro is our bespoke integration service.

With Lucency Pro, you will be able to enjoy deeper integrability with various products out of Lucency's own product line.

You will be able to pair up to 1000+ different brands all into our Lucency Pro Application.

Some popular brands include:

PRISM+, Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Sony, Samsung, SONOS and the list goes on.

What is a pre-configured package?

A pre-configured package is a package where all the products have already been paired to it's respective hubs.

Upon purchasing, there will be a remote onboarding session via video call to get to know your home layout better to facilitate pre-configuration.

Each hub and its devices will be packed to it's individual boxes with blueprints provided.

After your electrician have installed the products, all you have to do is login to the account given to you, and your smart home is ready to be used. It just requires a little organizing in the app.

Is Lucency a Cloud Based Smart Home?

Yes and No.

Lucency Basic utilizes the Smart Life/Tuya Ecosystem, in which, is cloud based and will not work without an internet connection.

Lucency Pro is decentralized and hosted locally through the hub itself. This means that should the internet go down, you are still able to control your smart home in your LAN.

Is Lucency Homekit Supported?

Yes.

All of Lucency's Product run on the Zigbee Protocol.

In which can be paired to your Homekit Smart Home through our Homekit Supported Zigbee Hub.
